  • The Permission Form appears on the Web site, but a version is also used when collecting information over the phone, in sales calls or at trade shows. The information can be entered at any time via the Web, by authorized personnel only. 
  • The Permission Form is designed to collect information about each individual, including their level of need; how they heard about you; what type of information they want; how they want to receive it (phone, fax, telephone or in person, etc.), or other questions you might want to ask, along with an incentive offer, if desired, to promote opt-ins. The form designates what information they are willing to receive and in what format: mail, e-mail, RSS, whatever. 
  • People who register via the Web receive a PIN they can use to update their information at any time, giving them a sense of greater control over their permissions—and you yet another way to keep your lists clean. 
  • You can run real-time reports showing the source and demographics of every lead.
